To ensure your experience with Akula Sportfishing runs smoothly, please review the following charter terms before booking:

Payment Requirements

All Private Charters and Outer Reef Shared Charters require payment no later than 7 days prior to the charter date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

100% refund if the customer cancels up to 7 days prior to charter departure. Shared Charters may be cancelled with a full refund if minimum numbers are not reached.
100% refund if the charter is cancelled by the operator.
No refund will be issued if the customer cancels within 7 days of charter departure.

Weather & Alternative Charter Options

All trips are subject to weather conditions. In case the conditions are unfavorable to make access to the reef safe, the operator has the right to relocate reef charters to calm water alternatives (including estuary fishing).

All Private Charters and Outer Reef Shared Charters require payment in full no later than 7 days prior to the charter date.

All trips are subject to weather, and Akula Sportfishing reserves the right to transfer trips to coastal reef and/or estuary alternatives when required. Please contact our friendly team if you need to discuss.
